Begeben Sie sich auf eine Reise durch verschiedene Baustile und Epochen. Bestaunen Sie den "Sternenhimmel" auf der Rathausdiele. Das mittelalterliche Rathaus mit Versammlungssaal und Sitzungsraum wurde zwischen 1295 und 1326 errichtet und immer wieder umgebaut und erweitert. Vor allem im 15. und 16. Jh. fanden Modernisierungen und zeittypische Erweiterungen des Rathauskomplexes statt.

Of water and ore – Goslar in flux

Along the waterways of the Gose and Abzucht you will find out about their interesting connections with mining and their influence on the development of the town. Drinking water supply and the use of water power are two important factors. You can take a look into the Lohmühle bark mill, where there is old and impressive technology to marvel at.

Imperial Town & Imperial Palace

A guided tour in the town with a visit to the inside of the monumental Imperial Palace. This exceptional example of secular architecture contains an extensive exhibition about itinerant courts as well as the history of the emperors and the palace.
