On the move in the World Heritage in the Harz –

Whether on your own or with a guide, with a helmet or a rucksack, on the surface or underground – over an area of around 220 square kilometres you can explore the World Heritage in the Harz with its numerous museums and many other interesting locations.

Here, you will find cultural diversity in the middle of stunning landscapes. On World Heritage Insight Walks and Hikes, by bike or motorized as well as on fascinating guided tours, find out more about a mining area that is unique worldwide.
